Yes. Positive. SPs are limited to the 64K limitation. In a large, complex database you can hit that limitation.

Effective Techniques for Application Development with Visual FoxPro, Jim Booth and Steve Sawyer discuss this and have new RI code that is MUCH smaller, more efficient, and adds additional RI capabilities.
