Are we talking about a single procedure or talking about the whole stored proc file. As I read the VFP system capabilities I read that the limit is on a single procedure, not the whole file.

If so, I don't see much of a problems. If a single procedure gets over the 64K limit somthing is terribly wrong with your choosen program technique.
