I would use _base.vcx... why do it yourself. You can copy base too, since they are all based on base classes there is no pathing issue.
You might also want to use the full _FFC and ap builder. Hey, it's not perfect but it is better than starting from scratch.
However, I assume you are charging more to the client to re-write everything that you own class libs do?
