After the user goes into form #2 the first time, it is kept in memory until the user completely exits out of form #1, and they are able to go back and forth repeatedly. The problem is that the users don't know when this is happening and haven't really given us enough information to know where to start looking. But even so, shouldn't the characters stay in the buffer and then be placed onto the second form once it's ready to accept input? I'm leaning towards the idea that they just aren't keying the information in properly, but unfortunately that's not a very popular answer.

Thanks.
