Several tellers continue to install other apps, such as AOL, microsoft games, etc... after i have deleted them. Is there a registry setting, or program available to lockout the ability to add software to a computer without having the proper passcode?

It's much easier to do under NT, but it'd be worth your investment in time and effort to go to Microsoft's Web site and do a search on the Zero Administration Kit (ZAK).
