Seems they were able to create some pretty forms and 'talk the talk', but when it comes to supporting a customer, they couldn't 'walk the walk'. I run into these Access turkeys all the time.

That seems to happen quite often, actually. Because everybody has Access, and it's supposed to be so easy to use, people get into trouble with it.
