Thats what I was getting at, and I think that any option under change would have to be clueless to the application. Therefore a "Change" could not say, "move to my manager." Where "Ignore, Cascade, and Restrict" are all paths you can take that are "clueless." Once again, I forget if I'm right or not :-(
