Glad to see that the other's answered your question. I thought, however, that you might be interested in the following: If you've got Visual Studio, VC++ can create the icon file as well. The one drawback is that it won't shrink the an exxisting icon for you. It can, however, create icons with a greater number of colors. Using these two tools in concert is a good workaround. See Message#271611.
