I need shift the vertical offset of the trailing character. I know you already said I can not do it but I just want to ask one more time can I do it?

Thanks, Tai Fei Pao

>What do you mean? Do you mean that you need to have a specific character added at the end of a string, or do you need to shift the vertical offset of the trailing character, or is this a native printer capability that you want to employ?

>If it's a question of having a specific character appear at the end of a field, the easiest thing to do will be to use a font with the specific required character in it, and append the character to the end of the expression used for the print field.

>In order to exploit specific printer behaviors not generically supported by Windows, you'll need to use a tool other than the VFP report writer to create your output.
