Hi there.

I'm considering using ChartFX to create one of two pie charts
and I'd like to use these in a VFP report form.

ChartFX is a reasonable enough activex to use and it nicely exports
to a windows Metafile.

Subsequently, if I use a database with a general field in it ... and the append general command ... it appears as an icon to the wmf file(inside the general field)

If I use a bitmap file, append general actually loads in the picture,
not a link.

Does anyone know why this is?

- I don't want to use a bitmap file ... doesn't scale well and I can't
seem to get the ChartFX activex to write out a bitmap, anyways.

Any help would be appreciated.
