the "design is a little confused" .. I Love it... I am going to have to remember that one :) I'm always looking for new ways to describe a bug :)

I'm not sure where to even start to see how my modal form has lost focus. Once the form is called I don't touch anything and the modal form does have focus. Are you thinking that maybe it loses focus during instantiation and then gets the focus back?
