Thanks for your reply. But by replacing the Memo field with a text field we have solved the problem temporarily.
We are using Buffering mode. I'll explain the exact situation
First person after adding a record continues with addition of second record
At that time if another person tries to update the memo field the message we get is "Record not Available Please Wait". We saw that the whole table was locked.
