Web Browser Control - Help!

Task:
I need to load a HTML page from a secure server.
Load some values into the form's objects and wait for client to complete and submit.
Finally, I then need to verify the form was processed.
I have full control over the HTML form to process and the returned data when submitted (layout, objects, etc.)

I've got a Web browser control on a form.
Used the Navigate method to begin loading a URL (main form to enter data)

Problem:
I can't figure out how to detect a successful document load or load error. The downloadcomplete event fires but I don't know how to tell if the document actually loaded. The documentcomplete event does not appear to fire at all.

Also, Is there any detail documentation on this control? I located a very brief document in the MSDN library.

Is this the right approach or have I "barked up the wrong tree" here?

Any and all help will greatly be appreciated!
