You may want to try eSpire. They have service in Atlanta.
http://www2.espire.net/dsl/index.cfmThey host our T1 wan and we've been very happy with their service. The only delays we experienced with the install was caused by the Telco install. They have an ATM backbone in Atlanta I think.
