I've not tried; I know that NT has trouble with NTFS partitions once Win2K has gotten it's teeth into them, and Win2K will convert the registry on you from wither Win9x or WinNT if installed in various upgrade configurations, and once migrated, there's no backwards migration short of a reinstall. Your best line of attack would probably be to use the Boot Manager that comes with PowerQuest's Partition Magic 4.0; I'd also check www.ntfaq.com - if anyplace has reliable data on how to handle it, it'd be there.
