Walter...

To be clear... Ed posted something in a foreign langauge, one that I don't speak. I merely asked him if he is going to insult me, do it in a common language.

>John, you don't seem to realize that you frequently hurt people's feelings, even though you claim not intent to do so.. Please take my advise and be carefull what you are going to post next and don't make more enemies than you already have.
>

I think you overstate the issue here... This has nothing to do with hurting anybodys feelings. If Ed is oversensitive, then that is an issue he will need to deal with. As my mother would say, "grow a thick skin.." I am attempting to debate Ed on a technical level. He simply wont engage, with me, or anybody else for that matter.

Simply put, he is dispensing bad advice. And I for one, am not going to watch it go by anymore...

>I don't get it. Everywhere you tend to distract people, start useless threads, insult people or try to get attention. Though you must be knowledgable about many things, I can't figure them out (appart from the Client-server, Ado stuff etc..), I can say the same about you what you did say about Edward, Yet another.... I don't know what game you're playing, but I find this game very doubtfull for someone called a MVP.

Once again, my posts tend to be farily technical. And, if I am arguing with Ed, it is in technical light. I am asking him to defend this alternative approach. He simply won't engage... FWIW, I am not the only one who has asked him to do this. I tend to be more blunt about it.

>According to some people who know you personally you must be a nice guy. Here on the UT I can't get any clue that you are. But I'll guess you must be, because everyone who knows you seems to agree with you and is very mild about your actions.
>

You and I have had our differences. And to some extent, I would say you are a bit over-sensitive. I also recall you as somebody who is a bit liberal on the whole software piracy issue. You know the old saying, people in glass houses should not cast stones.

>I while ago I was warned by the UT management about a message I sent to someone else, but it's content was nothing compared to the things you said in the last few months. I'll bet I was kicked out of the UT if I said this.

>When does the hurting stop ?? ...

What hurt... I asked Ed to translate what he said... What is the big deal???
