Maybe. But it probably needs a lot more than a few days before this can be civilly discussed. I suggest tabling this debate indefinitely until there has been a lengthy period of calm, good faith, and professional courtesy on all sides.

To move into position papers, etc., right now won't work unless the heart attitutes and self-discipline are drastically different.
