We have a new client coming on that wants to have chat services from their web page. I'm not talking about a chat room. They want to do customer support via online chat, so it would need to connect directly to a support agent.

In phase two over this project they want voice over IP and/or video to the support agent.

We have no idea how to implement these. Also, we want to buy a big enough web server and pipe to the internet at the beginning. We'll be using IIS. End users could have any browser. Can anyone help?
