I have encountered a number of instances of users at various sites receiving a "menu manager internal consistency error" (and the application crashing). There are other "unexplainable" application crashes but the Menu Mgr. ICE is identifiable.

The application was create with the 2.6a distribution kit (Windows and Macintosh). Although the more numerous Windows sites account for most of the reports, Mac sites report it too. This is occurring TOO often. An exhaustive review of Microsoft TechNet has not yielded a resolution. I'd really appreciate any insight or experience. Thanks!
