I've seen this before with 2.6 Apps, me thing to to check/fix with any ICE's is to make sure the CONFIG.FPW used by the app contains the MEMLIMIT=90 setting like explained in the Install/Configuration Manual. I'm not exactly sure why this almost always seems to clean up persistent ICE's but for me it usually gets rid of them.
