I designed labels to print on my HP DeskJet printer in my office and had to rework them (realign the individual fields/boxes on the labels to print using the same preprinted labels on the laser printer at my other office.) You're right. I think you have to have multiple layouts for multiple types of printers. Unless you're printing on blank labels and have some room to spare to allow for differences in printers. And I was using the exact same fonts on both printers.
