No. Allso those lines of code are running on pc systems wich have a much shorter lifespan than some mini or mainframe computer. I remember a big insurance company where i worked in the beginning of this year. The mainframe application (cobol) was still runnning whilst it was build in the early '70's. I don't see any xBase programs still running from the original Dbase era.

I know of several major corporations that run their entire business or major pieces of it on VFP. One of these is a bank. Much of the code is new.
