I disagree, Its a point that most people miss. A Browser renders HTML, if I am running an application in a browser, I am going to use HTML as the GUI. If I was going to use java, Why bother to run in a browser? Use of java dillutes the purpose of a browser - rendering HTML. At that point why use java instad of VB or VFP??

Building GUI widgets with java or OCX's that render WITH the HTML is another story.
