A characteristic of this is after the Spool 32 error, the icons in the Printer folder disappear. We have looked at all the Microsoft Knowledgebase messages related to Spool32, as well. We have standardized with using the HP drivers that shipped with Windows 98, rather than the HP enhanced versions that come with printers. We are wondering if anyone has experienced these error messages and found any solutions.
