I got the number of this particular article here on the UT. Garrett posted it a few days ago. Any KnowledgeBase article you download from Microsoft usually references other articles.

Let me back up, maybe I'm assuming too much. In case you don't know about the Microsoft KnowledgeBase, it's an open data source that can be searched on most any MS-related subject. It's where you go when you do a search on the MSDN website. Each article is referenced to a number like Q2481116.
