I am trying to rework an old VB 3.0 program that puls data from an AS400 to a text file then some third party software imports this to an access table and indexes it...the problem I need to overcome is that this app does not work and I think VFP could do a better job of filtering erroneous characters out of the file before it gets passed to the vendor software. Would anyone know of a good write up on accessing AS400s using VFP??? Thanks for any help in advance.
