If all of us kept the Proper Etiquette tips in mind found in the UT rules, 99.99% of posting problems and needless conflicts would be resolved. Someone's recognition status should have minimal or no bearing on your response.

I also second your compliment to Jim. He is truly a gentleman and a scholar.
