You need a copy of the FoxPro runtime files on the new computer. They can either be in the Windows\System folder, the Application folder (or any other folder found in the path).

Also, if the program uses any third party controls/software, you need to copy them to the machine as well. Several of these types of controls also need to be registered.

It might be easier to install on the new machine, just as you did with the original machine, then copy the data folder to the new machine.
