It is NOT about destroying reputations.... And in turn, I am not destroying mine, contrary to your opinion.... You bring a lot of emotion to the table. It is something that does not serve you well...

Have you ever given good advice...??? Yes, you have....

However, much of the advice you give ranges from sub-optimial to poor. A good example is your scenario where you overload the Init() of a grid, and then subsequently call the Init() to re-run the code. That is bad design. If you wan't to do it for yourself, fine. However, when you discuss it up here, as you did in a reply to me, you are going to questioned by me... I feel the need to compensate for situations where another, less experienced person reads that post by you and says "hey, that is a good idea.." Hopefully, they will see the Next hyperlink and see my message, outlining why something like that is NOT a good idea....

As for how much you work and what you find ethical / not ethical to bill your "clients" for is not germain to this topic...


As long as you are an MVP - you represent a group that I am a member of. And for the duration, I will hold you to those standards...whether you like it or not...

Remember, you are free to do the same to me.....The door is wide open....
