If your closing paragraph is constant, the bogus data grouping footer should work. If you look at the bottom of the Data Grouping dialog box, you will see: Start group on new page when less than 0.0000 Just increase that number to the height in inches to start a new page on to match the height of the closing paragraph and any signature line, etc.
