I just generated an app using the app wizard, and then created a form with the form wizard. When I used the form wizard, it asked me if I'd like to add a mediator object, and I said yes.

I created an exe and then moved it to another diretory and ran it from Explorer successfully. I don't know how the app_mediator operates, and hopefully someone who uses the app wizard will chime in.

In the meantime, at what point do you get the error? When you try to select a particular form, I gather. Have you looked at that form, in the DE?
