I was able to create an exe fine a few months ago. I recently added another form and table. Every form in the system has the app_mediator. I also changed pcs and reinstalled VFP6. Now when I recreate the exe and click on any form with the app_mediator, I get the error message. I agree that it sounds like the exe is missing something. I wish I knew what! Thanks for helping me research this!
