Well, I won't go into some of the "Chicagoism" I know. Being from the South Side, I can say that the "SuperFans" from "Saturday Night Live" were pretty accurate (at least for the Southwest side of the city).

In Georgia, there's "Howsyermomanem?" and "Howboutdemdawgs?" (Translation available upon request)
