So I found out. I had tried it in the past and got errors. Then I got around it by making the TO side a public (The Oracle forms method) and dropping the TO.
I must say, it has been a joy to be back in VFP after 8 months in Oracle developer, even if only for a month! Sadly, the VFP project is all over but the help files :-(
