First, you can initialize the variable before you call the modal form.
Second, you can return the value in the Unload() method code of the modal form. If you use Mark's
DO Form MyForm with MyVar to RetVal
code then in MyForm.Unload() method you put
Return RetVal

>So I found out. I had tried it in the past and got errors. Then I got around it by making the TO side a public (The Oracle forms method) and dropping the TO.
