I have been aware of MSDE but I haven't looked into the pricing. Does it ship with Visual Studio? Is there a charge to set one up at the client site?

I think MS says that it's optimized for a max of 6 users. (Can go higher, of course.) So is it really an option in the range that I was describing (10 to 30 workstations)?
