Exactly!! This is what I have been saying, and you have been saying otherwise (or so I interpreted that). An online site has to qualify to host the MVP program officially, you say any site can say that, but they just don't.

No, I am not in the fortunate situation where I can spend time and money that I don't have to run a free service to compete with the UT (yes free, the UT is free and you can't ignore that). You on the other seem to be rather succesfull (wealthy?), well known (could be an advantage or disadvantage), qualified to undertake this project, and most important: unhappy with the current situation.
