I created a VFP dbf file from an Excel spreadsheet and modified cdx file to correct layout changes and indexes. In design time environment BROWSE shows the new database with 281 records. During runtime browsing the database stops at the old record count of 227 but shows the last record as being 227/281.

What is happening here and how can I correct this problem?
