This is great! It really and truly is, because people other than the MVPs are also deserving of some kind of recognition.
I just wonder why it always takes a firestorm around this place to start positive change? Why didn't the management decide to put something like this in place
before it terminated it's existing program? These are more or less rhetorical questions that I hope the management takes to heart. I'm not trying to start more hot discussion.
