I've have report of this problem in several customer pc's ith a lot of diferent specs. The application i'm running is a client/server application with Sql Server 7.

I would suggest you to simulate the problem by looking for another PC with the same specs and see if the error still occurs. Take a look also on the PC specs. you mentioned that runs WIN NT and compare with the one runs WIN98.
