I have designed several reports using Crystal Reports for an application. These reports are printing mainly memo fields using text boxes witht the Can Grow option checked.

When saving the report I am removing all guides and not saving a specific printer in the report. When I preview and print the report everything is fine.

However, I have one client, using an HP 5P printer, who reports that the text in the memo fields are being cut off on the right. It's hard to explain but basiclly it looks like the word wrapping should be pushing the last word to the next line but it is not.

Any suggestions?
