Good luck, I fought their OCX's for quite a while. FWIW:

Technical Support is an oxymoron for this product

I learned it by brute force. I wrote an article for VFUG on it, I'll try to find the publication date for you. Depending on what you need, a lot of the functionality can be recreated using Windows Scripting. I was using it to log on, map drives, etc. If you have some questions, let me know and I might be able to help.
