Ok. FYI ( and any others ), wscript.exe is in Winnt\System32 on WinNT4.0 machines. Version on my machine is 5.0.531.7, so it's 2.0 ( 5.0.531.7 = 2.0? ... bad math ).
Found WSH.CHM and SHELLCC.CHM and am perusing them ... BTW, how in the world do you all find all these files? It's enough for me to just start up the MSDN library.
