Can't remember how I found the VBScript thing though. Of course, it may have been that Ed Rauh pointed them out to me. How he know? Sometimes I think he knows
everything.:-)

But I can take simple code that I know runs in VFP, massage it to be JScript and put it into the web page script and it won't run. Wonder if it's trying to tell me something? Think I'll poke around at MS on this question before I beat my head on the wall any more.
What I found was in the VBSCRIP5.CHM file. Did you find that one. You should have it. BTW, I've got shortcuts to them (this and the other files) so I don't have to keep looking for them
>Speaking of beating one's head on the wall, reading Ed's posts for me is a real bittersweet, love/hate sort of thing. Great to get all the information he provides, but your basic idiot trying to absorb all that info ... well, sometimes it's just "what's the use?" :-)
Believe me, Bill, sometimes I feel exactly the same way. Usually it takes more than one reading of something that Ed has said (especially when talking about the system or hardware achitecture) to even get a glimmer of what he's talking about. However, and I've said this before, if I've got a hardware or network problem, he's the first guy I look for.
