I have asked this question before but am still not sure how to achieve the results I want. I will present it again. I have two tables. The first table lists EDR numbers the second table lists each time this particular EDR number was submitted until accepted. Example:

What I desire to report on is the last submittal data of all open EDR's. I don't need to see any history of submittals on this particular report. Thanks for any help.
