Windows has a command line FTP utility. It is absolutely great. Just type at the DOS prompt FTP
to connect. If the site is allows anonymous users then enter "anonymous" and any password. When you get the FTP> prompt type help for all the commands. QUIT exits.
There is a command line option (-s:name) to run a script to automatically execute any FTP commands.
