Sorry for the delay. I left my desk for a minute and came back and my computer was being taken apart to have a new fan put in.
Anyway, I'm going to answer all 3 of you at once.
I tried the first two suggestions and they didn't work, so I used Christof's suggestion and removed things one at a time. I narrowed it down to the textboxes. It turns out that I had changed the variable name that was being used as a control source for each box. Once I got rid of those, it instantiated.
