Have you marked this toolbar as a OLEPUBLIC object, ie. a COM server? If so, you can't use this toolbar in a VFP application as toolbar, but only as the provider of a private data session.

If not, I'd think that your toolbar contains an ActiveX control, or something like this. Does the CREATEOBJECT() work if you remove this control?

If not, try removing one object at a time on a copy of this class to see whcih object is causing the problem.
