Neil,
I am having some problems again with the printer driver. The last time I raised this up, an option of using a printer driver was used. Using another printer driver do away with the system hang. The users are no longer experiencing system hang.
The problem is that some printer options like manual feed, print prompt and print spooling are not working properly when the user uses another application (e.g. ccMail, Excel, Word, etc).
My application program is using an HP Laser Jet 4000. This printer model is not in the default list of Windows 95 printer. So, I tried using the HP Laser Jet 2000 printer driver. This works fine with the system we're developing. But it has some side effects.
Is there a way we could remedy this problem. It seemed like the printer model is not 100% compatible with VFP.
Thanks again in advance.
