No problem, Keith. There are a number of good sources (including my friend Ed Rauh). In a private I suggested that he write up an FAQ on this very question. Ed agreed (he said, hopefully not overstepping his bounds) and it should be available within the next couple of days. However, check Win32 and Other API section from this past Monday (1/17). There was a post there that both Ed and I responded to regarding file time stamps. In that thread we mention several sources of information.
